Contact Centre Managers are well aware that the skilful use of voice tone is the greatest tool for developing relationships with others, and is especially valuable over the phone. In this session Maria is going to provide a deeper understanding of the power of the voice, and demonstrate how to use the voice deliberately to communicate with more power and intention, helping customers understand and engage better. She will also explain tools and techniques for caring for the voice as well as training women’s and men’s voices differently to ensure both reach their potential.
